Dr Sheila is CASA accredited to undertake Class I, II and III Aviation Medical Exams (See HERE) as well as Recreational and Commercial Diving Certification (See HERE).


We provide women’s health care, including antenatal care, contraception, papsmears and breast checks. Please ask for additional services.


We provide travel advice and vaccinations for global destinations, no matter where – covering Yellow Fever, Hepatitis A/B, Typhoid & Malaria.

Laverty pathology is conveniently based within Mascot Medical, and blood tests can be arranged without an appointment - Monday to Friday.


We offer children’s health checks, immunisations and day-to-day care of all infants and kids. Children under 16 are bulk-billed (on weekdays).


Travel immunisations, childhood immunisations from birth through to adolescence, flu vaccines. We are also Yellow Fever vaccine accredited.


We have capability to perform iron infusions for our patients who may be iron deficient including during the third trimester of pregnancy


All of our medical staff are capable of performing COVID-19 testing (as well as influenza swabs) with results available in 24-48 hours.


A number of our doctors are trained in skin checks, and can help identify skin cancers as well as excision of an abnormal mole.

More About Krishna

Dr Krishna Sura completed his medical degree in 2005 at University of Newcastle. He went on to complete a year of surgical training prior to commencing his GP training.

Upon completing his GP fellowship in 2011, Dr Sura undertook a Diploma in Dermatology from the Skin Cancer College of Australia and New Zealand.
Dr Sura enjoys all aspects of medicine but has a keen interest in dermatology, sports medicine, travel medicine and sexual health.

In his free time, Dr Sura enjoys running, cycling and football. He is a keen listener of live music and can be found regularly attending events around Sydney.

More About Sheila

Dr Sheila completed her medical degree in NSW. She subsequently went on to complete the FRACGP in Western Sydney, where she was exposed to a wide breadth of medicine.

During her training and subsequent years, Sheila underwent specialty training in a number of fields.  She has completed a certificate in aviation medicine (CASA accredited DAME - see HERE for more details), has also completed a Practical Dermoscopy course as well as a Certificate in Minor Surgery (RACS).

She is a member of the RACGP special interest groups for obesity and dermatology and is competent in completing Railway Medicals (RIW authorized - see HERE for more details).

Sheila brings a massive range of experience to the practice and we are proud to have her on board.

Jacky is an Australian trained fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. Prior to becoming a GP, Jacky worked across major hospitals in the northern beaches and in a variety of emergency departments across NSW. He is interested in all aspects of medicine and is thorough in his approach. 

He enjoys looking after children and has good experience with women's health having worked in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Westmead Hospital, as well as holding a certificate of Sexual and Reproductive Health. 

He is also very experienced in managing older patients and complex chronic health issues having worked in 4 nursing homes during his rural GP rotations. 

Jacky is also a native Mandarin speaker and takes time to care for patients of all cultural and religious backgrounds. He enjoys food, travelling, technologies, movies and a good story.

Caran graduated from Sydney University in 2013, and went on to train at St Vincent's Hospital with a special interest in critical care medicine. She then worked briefly overseas in emergency. She completed her FRACGP in 2018. Prior to medicine, worked as a community pharmacist.
Caran is multi-skilled: she is accredited in antenatal shared care, Implanon insertion and removal, and has completed the FPAA National Certificate in Reproductive and Sexual Health and a certificate of practical dermoscopy with the Australasian College of Dermatologists. She is also an S100 hepatitis B prescriber. 
She enjoys seeing patients from all walks of life, from young to old and has a focus on preventive health.

In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, musicals, scuba diving and snow-sports.

Dr Jie completed her undergraduate medical degree through the University of Otago, New Zealand in 2005. She has had extensive hospital experience in both Australia and New Zealand, as well as in IVF medicine.

Davina graduated from Sydney University in 1999. Davina has worked extensively in Accident and Emergency at many hospitals across Australia before concentrating on General Practice. 

Davina has a keen interest in women's health and has extensive experience in this field. She also has an interest in Preventative Medicine, Mental Health, Sexual Health, as well as Drug and Alcohol Medicine. She is well experienced in providing skin treatments for acne scarring, skin rejuvenation, hair growth and scar reduction for all skin types.
